Fire Safety

Statistics are now available from the fire service. They confirm that they attended nearly 487,000 fires (including false alarms) for twelve months from April 2012. This equals to around 1,334 calls every day or over 55 calls every hour. Fire safety is a real concern and should not be underestimated. Consideration should be given to fire safety training alongside first aid training.
